As the leaves fall and the anticipation of snow season sets in here on the West Coast, the weather is heatin up down under. I've been following Australian based Seventh Wonderland and gaining inspiration for a while now. I'm in LOVE with their crochet cut-out designs and unique detailing.

I'm hoping the future takes me down under to share designs and warm up when things get chilly up here.

One of my oldest and dearest friends Dana got married to the man of her dreams this weekend (on my birthday!) and I about died at the wedding it was so beautiful.

I turned 25 this weekend. Never thought Id see the day.

What an amazing weekend filled with family, friends, drinks, weddings, more friends, and more family.

With the current collection coming to stores in Spring 2011, its time to work on the next step. It is crazy to think that not even six months ago, I was designing my first ever bikini collection, planning a fashion show, and starting my own business. Now I am working on collection number two!

The inspiration board and designs for Spring 2012 are in the works!

I have been so blessed by this experience and I can't wait for the things that are coming up for me!

2012 may just bring headdresses, feathers, face paint, indian summers and burning sunsets to life.

Hola.Bonita

The girls and I had an amazing weekend down south of the border. One of my dearest friends (Dana soon-to-be Saunders) is set the marry the man of her dreams in a couple weeks so we celebrated one of her last weekends as a semi-single woman. Pure Relaxation was the theme of the weekend. Soaking in the sun from the rooftop patio of the chic-est condo in Mexicali with the most amazing group of girls. What a way to spend the day.

Did.you.go.outside.today?

It's definitely felt like FALL here the past couple days in San Diego. I heard it's gonna get warm again, but I'm not sure I believe the weathermen since this entire summer (or lack there of) has been a joke.

I think I've worn more sweaters than bikinis this summer, and with that, we transition into the Autumn season.

Taste.the.Vino.

Running wild through the vineyards of the Central Coast was almost like being in heaven for me.






Since I like to enjoy a bottle or two of red wine every so often, it was a pleasure to experience vino in its truest form. Wine-tasting should be on everyone's "to-do" list.
